Andrew co-founded the company in 2000 and is responsible for the strategic direction of the business as well as maintaining close relationships with clients to ensure successful programme delivery. He leads CRMT Digital with a clear purpose to align clients’ sales and marketing processes to drive business revenue.
Tony co-founded the company with Andrew in 2000. An executive-level technical specialist with substantial experience in Marketing Automation, CRM and business process management, Tony is a trusted advisor to all CRMT Digital’s clients.
As a member of the Management Team and the Board, Joanna is responsible for all aspects of Client Services, Sales & Marketing, from strategy development through to nurturing successful relationships with clients and prospects. Joanna is experienced in Marketing Operations and is ideally positioned to anticipate client needs, looking for solutions to the complex challenges the modern marketer faces.

Alek is a Digital Marketing Specialist with years of experience in marketing automation and email marketing. He has strong technical background in template design, Adobe Marketo, and several CRM platforms and is committed to help clients maximise the return on their marketing efforts.
Lisa consults on best practice solutions across a multitude of marketing automation platforms, specialising and certified in Pardot and HubSpot. She prides herself on being a problem solver and passionate about delivering valuable solutions. Her experience consists of both in house and agency side which allows me to consult, design and implement processes with the customer in mind, across large and small organisations.
Fun fact: She is a self-proclaimed plant enthusiast, has accumulated many exotic and interesting plants since the pandemic
Dorina is a Marketing Technology Specialist and a Certified Marketo Expert with many of experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation. She has led many complex projects independently and is always on the look out to expand her knowledge of all things MarTech. Her role at CRMT is within the data team. Annabelle has experience and knowledge of various BI platforms and CRM systems including Power BI, Domo, Salesforce, HubSpot and of course, good old Excel! A large part of her role is supporting marketing functions by analysing data to gain insights into marketing activities, along with reporting on performance.
Patrick is a Senior Software Engineer focused on the development of CRMT Digital’s products Normalator and Demand.Center but also supports on bespoke integrations and applications. The API’s of the big Marketing Automation platforms hold no secrets to him , so if you want to automate a process or integrate a system, Patrick is the person to go to.
Marko joined the CRMT Digital team in 2019, as a DMS. He focuses on Marketo automation and web design.
